Who am I
I’m a certified menopause and lifestyle coach, and soon to be a qualified personal trainer and a member of the British Menopause Society.
My mission is simple to help women thrive through menopause and not just survive it.

My Story
Like many women I’ve seen and experienced firsthand how menopause can impact every day life, energy level, mental clarity, confidence relationship, and overall well-being. Too often, women feel unheard unsure where to turn for practical, reliable guidance.
That’s why I became a menopause coach. I combined evidence based education, personalised lifestyle coaching, and movement guidance to help women feel empowered and in control of their health during this stage of life.
My approach
There is no one size fits all solution to menopause. Every woman’s experience is unique, which is why my coaching is personalised , compassionate and realistic.

As a personal trainer, I know how important movement is during menopause and how intimidating it can feel when your body changes. My approach focuses on strength, confidence, and feeling good. I am not into extreme quick fixes.
As a member of the British Menopause Society, I stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practice in menopause care. This ensures the guidance you receive is reliable, credible credible and grounded in science.
